Our bronze Level services are geared towards customers who have an idea of their preferred style or uses for the space, but would like some assistance in understanding or weighing their options. This level of service offers the choice of virtual or on-site consultation. The consultations can be used to resolve any design issue (e.g. furniture arrangements in a tricky space) or guidance on design selections. The latter can include elements like paint colours, flooring, tile selection, lighting, window treatment, and so forth.

Prices start from $119 per hour.

Silver level services are designed to provide a visualisation for clients who are unsure of where they wish to start with the remodelling of their home or updating of their spaces. Packages in this level of service start with an initial consultation, colour palette and design style selection. On completion, the client is presented with a shopping/FFE list along with a moodboard or a series of 3D images and 2D floorplan.

Prices start from $229 per space for moodboard, and $249 per space for 3D modelling.

For a stress free design and fit-out of your space or home, our gold level service delivers the complete design experience that is tailored to each client’s needs. Packages in the gold level service includes all elements in the silver level, and in addition, connections to experienced trades to carry out the necessary work, on-site coordination for all design fit-out and installations, procurement of furniture and decor pieces, as well as a summarised record of costs expended. For larger renovation projects, such as whole home remodels, we work with licenced builders and contractors to deliver the client with their dream outcome.

Prices start from $1,500 per space for small areas such as bedrooms, and $4,500 per space for larger areas such as kitchens. Prices reflect design and coordination costs only, and are not inclusive of furniture or trade costs.

Our platinum level services are specially intended for clients who require a premium level of care in the design fit-out or renovation of their home. In this level of service, we provide around-the-clock service to meet our client’s every need. Platinum level services include all elements provided in the gold level with additional time spent on design coordination and trade contacts, as well as after hours support.

Prices start from $15,000 per space and is discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the platinum level service is subject to availability. To ensure quality of service, Magstar Designs only takes on one client at platinum level service at any one time.
